The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent, in a humid area. The breakfast is sensational and the staff is affable, amicable.

The room was well-designed and big with a fully stocked mini bar and coffee facilities.

Favourable and excellent location in Venice, just off nice restaurants as well as Giudecca, which means a quiet district with more Venetians than tourists. Pleasant staff, friendly check in. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast👍 

Loved my stay, had a wonderful experience. Hotel was lovely small, staff was amicable. There were complementary tea, a kettle, and it's own balcony in my classic queen room. The breakfast was excellent and fine and there was plenty of lovely 

It was based in lovely building in a good location, close to the Palanca vaporetto stop.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unprofessional.

The booked room was silent and functional with 2 half-sized windows.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were reasonably large with breathtaking views. My room included free tea, a kettle and a balcony. The staff was supper friendly and catered to my every need. The food was 

It was a very good place to stay in Venice. The staff were superfriendly from arrival to departure. The hotel was good small and stylish and in a secluded location. Also, it was 10 minutes drive to a grand showpiece square.  

The rooms were functional and the location was magnificent!

Breakfast was sensational and fine, I truly enjoyed almost everything.

It was in a perfect and decent location near Sacca Sessola.

Ca n't recommend highly enough this place and would come back for sure. So glad we chose it, spent 1 sunny day here.

Perfect location for our visit to a museum gallery around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Amazing stay in nice quiet area. Fine breakfast, a decent size and nice styled room. A very comfy bed and a clean bathroom.  

Everything was very good, no complains at all, I can just recommend it. I liked the place, it was perfectly clean & the staff were excellent. The hotel was in an exceptionally nice and perfect location, to St Marks square.  

Absolutely breathtaking views, magnificent and convenient setting.
